We prepared and delivered to a US based top 20 pharma company a comprehensive, cross-functional one-day internal workshop aimed at strengthening and refining their global ESG perspective, particularly in relation to their Access to Medicine programs. Additionally, we conducted an in-depth review of their Access to Medicines Communications Plan and strategic narrative, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader ESG strategy.
We have delivered customized on-line and in-person briefings on Biopharma-specific Sustainability/ESG drivers, trends, and best practices to biopharma companies of all sizes, both listed and private, in the US and the EU, tailored as appropriate for the internal audience, including Executive Committees, Global Leadership Teams, ESG or Sustainability Steering Committees, Councils, Strategy Teams, and Business Units.
We supported development of the new sustainability strategy of a mid-sized private pharma company by coaching the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) for a Board presentation. Assistance included preparing detailed pre-read materials and advising on follow-up actions to ensure effective implementation and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, we supported their ESG Ratings approach.
We advised and supported the sustainability team of a global mid-size pharmaceutical company in assessing Senior Management’s ESG preparedness. Our support included identifying gaps, developing comprehensive follow-up briefing materials, and delivering expert presentations to ensure the team was well-equipped to address sustainability challenges. As a next step we supported design and delivery of a series of sessions with both the Executive Team and the Board of Directors.
For two years, we provided on-demand sustainability advisory support to the Global Sustainability Director of a global top 20 pharma company, ensuring rapid access to topical guidance and expertise to keep their sustainability initiatives, projects, and reporting on track.
We supported a global mid-size pharmaceutical company in designing its Health Equity strategy by benchmarking best practices and helping present it to internal stakeholders including the Executive Team.
We have supported the onboarding of new Chief Sustainability Officers of large (top 20) pharma to mid-size biopharma companies, acting as coach and sparring partner, while also assisting with design of strategy and delivery of initiatives.
