BSRT Advisory Panel
The BSRT Advisory Panel is a group of external experts whose deep experience, judgment, and credibility are widely respected across the sustainability world and within the biopharma sector, and whose input will contribute to the BSRT’s plans, activities, and network.
The Advisory Panel brings external expertise, perspectives, and connections to the BSRT team and our member companies in driving the biopharma sustainability agenda forward. Advisory Panel members serve in a personal capacity and do not necessarily represent their affiliated organizations’ purpose and strategy. Members don’t have BSRT governance duties or fiduciary obligations.
The BSRT Advisory Panel convened for the first time in March 2026.

Chris Coulter
CEO, GlobeScan Evidence-based advisory for global organizations regarding trust, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement
Chris Coulter is the CEO of GlobeScan and an internationally recognized expert on reputation, purpose, and sustainability. He advises organizations worldwide on stakeholder expectations and building trusted leadership in a rapidly changing world. With over two decades at GlobeScan, he has helped shape global research and advisory programs on trust and sustainability. Chris is co-author of The Sustainable Business Handbook, and All In: The Future of Business Leadership, and also co-hosts All In: The Sustainable Business Podcast. He serves on advisory boards focused on responsible business and sustainability.
Charlotte Ersbøll
CEO and Founder, the Social Impact Advisory, Chair, UCB External Sustainability Advisory Board, Senior Advisor, Ferring Project Family: Safe Birth, and Trustee, Forum for the Future
Charlotte Ersbøll is the Chair of the UCB External Sustainability Advisory Board and serves as Senior Advisor for Safe Birth Advocacy and Partnerships at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she works to advance global initiatives focused on improving maternal health and access to care. She is a Trustee of Forum for the Future and founder and CEO of the Social Impact Advisory, a strategic management consultancy that supports leaders in transforming their core business to deliver positive economic, environmental and social impact through stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, where she led corporate branding, global sustainability, access to health, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Christopher Greenwald
Sustainable Investment Leader previously Head of Sustainable Investing, LGT Private Bank, and Head of Sustainable Investment Research & Stewardship, UBS Asset Management
Christopher Greenwald is a sustainable investment leader with a career focused on integrating sustainability into capital markets and investment decision-making. He was previously Head of Sustainable Investing at LGT Private Banking where he led sustainable investment strategy across Europe, and he also has held senior leadership roles at UBS Asset Management, RobecoSAM, and Thomson Reuters in ESG research and strategy. He has contributed to academic and advisory work in sustainable finance and has taught at the University of Chicago.
Jeffrey Hales
Exec. Director, Global Sustainability Leadership Institute, Professorship in Accounting, Bake Chair in Global Sustainability Leadership, McCombs School of Business, UT Austin
Jeffrey Hales teaches global corporate sustainability at UT Austin and serves as the Executive Director of the Global Sustainability Leadership Institute. Since July 2022, he has served on the International Sustainability Standards Board. From 2012 to 2022, he served in various leadership capacities at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), including as Chair of the SASB Standards Board. During 2009-10, he was a Research Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and served as a member of the FASB’s Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council from 2016-2019.
Susanne Stormer
Leader in Residence, Copenhagen Business School, Board Member, and Chair, Global Sustainability Standards Board
Susanne Stormer is Leader in Residence at the Copenhagen Business School. She also serves as Chair of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Board, where she leads the development and implementation of global sustainability reporting standards. She has extensive experience in corporate sustainability and ESG leadership, having held senior roles at Novo Nordisk, including Vice President for Corporate Sustainability. Susanne also contributes to global governance and advisory work in sustainable development through board roles with organizations such as ICGN and SHIFT. Throughout her career she has focused on advancing transparency, accountability, and responsible business practices across global markets.
